Pop Up Shops
Cavendish House locked its doors in April 2024 when House of Fraser closed their store there, but thanks to Harry Khan of AB Properties it reopened them just one month later in May. Harry's vision for the store is to create a bustling marketplace of small retail businesses. It's a new 21st century paradigm that counters the decimation of Britain's high streets. The new venture gives small shops the opportunity to have a high street presence.
Harry says "The response has been extraordinarily positive - both from the perspective of the number and quality of businesses wanting space, but also in terms of customers already flowing through the doors. It's an incredibly exciting time and I'm absolutely delighted with the success of the unique retail space we've created here." He went on to say that there are a small number of units still available - but they're going fast.
Mark Skipper of Cheltenham Rare Books is renting one of the units and he says "it's revitalising the town centre by getting the independent retailers back on the high street". He went on to say "We see it as a great opportunity to showcase our books to a wider audience".
Our diverse range of retailers are available to view here - further details will be added soon, but why wait - come and explore!
